Congresswoman Joyce Beatty graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Central State University, received her Master of Science degree from Wright State in 1975, and completed all but her dissertation for a doctorate at the University of Cincinnati. She also has received two honorary doctoral degrees from Ohio Dominican University and Central State University.
